From initial contact with Burgess Gas services, I felt reassured I had made the right choice. Appointment made engineer attended fault found boiler reset. Friendly and knowledgeable engineer and reasonably priced.

Called Burgess Gas out for a boiler inspection as it was leaking, unfortunately wasn't an easy fix and had to have the boiler replaced. Received great communication throughout, i wasnt certain i would be able to afford the boiler and they were very understanding and offered finance. Once I did decide to go ahead they were able to come and replace the boiler at really short notice of finding out my available days. Literally reached out on friday and we agreed on the following monday. They did a good job with the install and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

I got my very old boiler replaced by Burgess, and couldn't be happier with the service. The advice provided during the survey was very helpful and informative, and the work was done to a very high standard and now my heating system works far better than it did before. The work was prompt and the engineers did a brilliant job keeping the house clean. Plus, all of the staff and engineers were incredibly friendly and polite throughout the process. Very highly recommended!
